Overall I think the cardio twister is pretty good for a fun workout. I was looking for something that was not your typical boring exercise machine. I’m just a regular person, not some exercising guru! So that being said i love this its fun and a good workout. the first week i could only do @ 15 min (thats @800 steps) which i saw as pretty good for a start. then i got up to 30 and am now doing the workout it came with. Wow, it is such a great workout. I really feel it in my butt and calvs the most which is where I really needed it the most.

Cardio Twister ReviewThe Cardio Twister is a dream machine on my sore joints! I am pushing 40 now and my joints normally really ache after using most other exercise machines at the gym. But, the Cardio twister was designed to cushion your joints as you workout which is great for me!
I just love this thing! I would give it 5 stars but I like to leave room for improvement… for example if it did my workout for me automatically while I sit back and eat rocky road I would have given it 5 stars:) But seriously, the cardio twister is fun and gives me a good workout. I’d reccomend it to anyone looking to lose a few pounds.
