When I saw the Lint Lizard advertized on TV a few weeks ago I knew right away I had to give it a try! I’ve been having a terrible problem with my dryer taking way too long to get my clothes dry, and I even noticed my regular lint trap hasn’t had much in it. I figure there must be some kind of small gap in the lint trap and all sorts of extra lint is getting deep down into my dryer. Not only has this been costing me a lot of extra time to get the clothes dry, I knew that this had to be costing me alot of extra money in energy costs as well! In this economy every little bit helps, so I went ahead and ordered the Link Lizard, and when I saw that extra bendable attachment I KNEW I had to have it!

I’ve been looking for an attachment like this for years to be able to vacuum the tops of my ceiling fan blades which is a real hassle! I forget what they call it, the Dust Lizard or something like that, but I just call the whole thing “Lint Lizard” anyway, haha. I came up with all sorts of uses for the Lint Lizard even before it arrived in the mail and I couldn’t wait to put it to the test.  You see, I have to admit I am a bit lazy and I never clean under and around the washer and dryer, and the same goes for the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher or the stove and I could only imagine how much crud the lint lizard was going to vacuum up out of there! To me, the Lint Lizard seemed like much more than just a Dryer Lint Cleaner or Lint Vacuum, but rather an all around small area cleaner!

Does the Lint Lizard Work?

It would be kinda silly if the Lint Lizard didn’t work now wouldn’t it? I mean, the as seen on tv Lint Lizard is not a piece of machinery, its an attachment for your vacuum and I cant imagine it not working even with the cheapest vacuum money can by because it’s applying quite a lot of suction to a small opening. Specifically though, I was pretty amazed at the amount of lint that was down in my dryer! I had to jiggle in in and out a few times to get it all because the lint was so compacted down in there, but I managed to get all the dryer lint out in just a couple of minutes!  They offered 2 Lint Lizard for the price of one so I used the other one for the far more dirty jobs of cleaning under the other appliances. I am VERY glad they gave me 2 Lint Lizards because the one I used to clean out under the stove was pretty gross by the time I was done! I sucked out all sorts of oily old food particles and crud that simply could not even be identified from under there!

Not only does my dryer work MUCH better now, I feel so much better about the cleanliness of my entire kitchen as well! I was so excited with how well the Lint Lizard worked so far, that I couldn’t even wait a day to put on the Dust Lizard (or whatever it’s called) and hit those dirty ceiling fan blades! Ohhh, I can’t begin to tell you how easy it was compared to having to get a ladder, and a bucket and towel to wipe them down! I simply attached it to my vacuum extension, bent it over to about a 45 degree angle and wiped the blades down in seconds! We have 5 ceiling fans in our house and I was able to clean them all in less than 5 minutes, and had NO CLEANUP afterwards! Amazing!

I saw the Ninja Blender advertised on tv a while back. I’ve owned a Kitcheaid blender for quite a few years and I’ve been extremely unhappy with it! I spent a lot of money on that blender but it has never really performed as I’d hoped. So, when I saw the Ninja Blender and the fancy new blade system I could tell right away that it would work head over heals better than mine, and for less money too! I don’t know, I fell for the whole matching appliances thing when I bought it I guess. I love all my other Kitcheaid appliances, but the blender is a big disappointment.

I got my Ninja Blender in the mail and couldn’t wait to give it a test run, so the first thing I made was something mine was the worst at which was crushing ice! So, I threw some ice in the Ninja Kitchen System, added a spash of tequila, a scoop of lime-aide concentrate and a little bit of water and turned it on! The ninja made quick work out of the ice and blended up the best margarita I’ve ever made in my life! I was in heaven with my new Ninja Blender already, but I had to whip up a few more things just to really put it to the test! Next on my list was raw carrots! This always made my old blender choke, but I threw together some raw carrots, some spinich, and some misc. fruits and whipped up the smoothest green smoothie I’ve had! The Ninja Blender is incredible!

I’ve had my Ninja Kitchen System for a few weeks now, and I’ve found myself using it almost every day, and blending stuff is something I used to only do 2-3 times a month, if that! But, the Ninja Blender has got me super motivated to eat better and add more raw food and fiber to my diet, and it has just been so wonderful to be able to blend things up without having big chunks of ‘stuff’ left un blended in there. The unusual shaft and multi blade design of the Ninja Kitchen Blender is an idea that should have been invented 20 years ago I think, but whatever… at least the Ninja Blender is here now!

The extra pitcher that came with the Ninja Kitchen System 1100 is a real plus too. It allowed me to keep the margaritas flowing at our last party without missing a beat. While I was pouring out of one pitcher I was blending up another batch with the other. I even managed to serve 2 different drinks at the same time without anyone having to wait around for another batch of their favorite. Like I said, I can’t believe the Ninja Blender was not invented years ago, but there is nothing else out there like it that I know of, and as well as the Ninja Blender works there’s no reason to have any other kind of blender.

I’ve been seeing these commercials on TV for the Heat Surge Amish Fireplace for a couple of years now. The whole idea that the Amish are making an electric fireplace seemed very odd to me considering the Amish do not use electricity in their own homes. It could not have been any easier to use, and it was absolutely gorgeous, especially when its on, but even when it’s off it is the perfect compliment to our bedroom decor. I saw this commercial a while back for Bake Pops that make those little Cake Pops like they sell for $2-3 at Starbucks and gourmet shops and stuff. I absolutely fell in love with these cute little cake pops and have been buying them a lot more often than I should considering the price (don’t tell my husband!). So, when I saw Bake Pops on tv I knew I had to have it!  I’d been wondering how these shops were making these things and I am thrilled that they now have a way to make cake pops at home.  I decided to go ahead and order the Bake Pops Pan kit online and make a batch of cake pops for my daughters baby shower that was coming up in about a month. I made some like rattles, and some like teddy bears and was able to theme them with her color scheme and everything. They were a HUGE hit with all her guests and everyone raved about how cute and tasty they were, and it was super convenient to serve as we didn’t need to use plates or anything. I have this huge brandy sniffer glass that I used to serve them in, and Party guests could simply grab a cake pop out of glass and enjoy the cake one bite at a time with no mess. It was very elegant if I do say so myself, and I knew I had to write a Bake Pops Review after having such a big hit.

Using the Bake Pops Pan was actually quite easy and I was able to just use my favorite cake mix that comes in a box, but nobody has to know that part. Since the baby shower I have made cake pops for just about every party we’ve had since then and I theme them to the party and I ALWAYS get rave reviews about how tasty and elegant they are. Often times guests turn down a slice of cake simply because cake is so rich and a whole slice of cake is just too much, but with these bake pops. I can’t tell you how many times I have used my EZ Moves since I bought them a few months ago. I originally bought Ez Moves when I moved into my apartment to help me move things around by myself. Just the other day I used them to move my refrigerator because I needed to not only roll it forward, but also off to the side so I could mop the floor.
